GEOGRAPHIC EXCEPTIONS

 

Geographic Exceptions forms are available at your child's current school or available at Honouliuli Middle School Registration Office during normal operating hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm.  The office is closed for all State and Federal Holidays.  A copy of the form is attached below.

 

All GE forms must be submitted to Honouliuli Middle School Registration Office, accompanied with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Please make sure section I and section II are completed before submitting GE.
