Next weekend, on March 7th, the Kapolei Complex Bands will be having a concert at HMS! The concert will feature a massed band consisting of students from Kapolei Middle and our school. Kapolei High School will also be performing at the concert. The theme for this concert is Pops! The music featured will be from movies, pop culture, and pop songs.

The concert will be on the lawn in the PIKO. Please bring chairs or beach mats for seating. Doors will open at 3:30, and the concert will begin at 4:00.

Led by Hurricanes, for Hurricanes, What Now? 2026 features real insights from current students, alumni, and faculty who’ve been there. Whether the next step is college, a career, the military, or a gap year, families will explore real pathways, ask real questions, and get real guidance for the future.

Following Gov. Josh Green’s announcement Sunday regarding severe weather conditions impacting the state, and in alignment with his directive, the Hawaiʻi State Department of Education will implement the closure of all public schools and HIDOE offices statewide on Monday, Feb. 9, due to current storm conditions.
